Similar to the new mail pop-up issue...

I turned off the new mail notification, since when a pop-up was 
active, it kept other Netscape sessions from doing a Ctrl-o (open new 
page) IIRC... Not a biggie as I didn't need to use pop-ups.

My question: is there a quick and dirty hack that would let the main 
Inbox page reload/refresh itself every set amount of time (similar to 
the info banner at the top)?  Or is that already a feature?
