delay in IMP after a firewall

Hello,

I've IMP on my public network and for acces to it, I put a rule in my =
firewall witch let just allow HTML protocol.

Whithout this rule, I've no problem but with it, the delay betwing the =
response of the server is 30 seconds !!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Is IMP using another port or protocol ??????
