Undefined function: pg_connect()?

Hi, IMP users,

I met this problem when I was trying to upgrade from imp 2.2.3 to 2.2.4.

There were some problems about the permissions on directory, especially
horde/config and horde/imp/config. But, I manage to figure it out and
solved them.

Finally, I got the familiar image of horde, when I point my browser to
horde/. But, as soon as I click the link to IMP, I got the following
error.
	Fatal error: Call to undefined function: pg_connect() in
/var/www/horde-phplib/db_pgsql.inc on line 40

What's wrong?
