MIME's aplenty

in trying the various flavors of viewing html messages inline by modifying
./horde/config/mime.php3 i noticed that there is a ./horde/imp/config/mime.php3
as well(?) 

continued dorking with the code shows that ./horde/config/mime.php3 is not used. 

side note: it comments out the mime options 'shell style' (#), while the file in
./horde/imp/config/mime.php3 use 'c style comments' (/* */).

maybe an artifact from a previous version?
