[imp] mailbox prefix problem

oooops, i did try that one too.  when i tested those I typed them 
explicitly at the login screen.
BUT, if i go change the config file to empty string, it works great!  hrm

That is weird.  How does imp determine where to start looking for the 
mailboxlist file?  I would think the
home directory no matter what but that apparently isn't the case.
