"Change password" -link missing

My enviroment is Solaris 7 and following packages 

   Apache/1.3.14 Ben-SSL/1.42 (Unix) 
   Horde: 1.3.4-cvs 
   IMP: 2.3.7-cvs 
   Turba: 0.0.2-cvs 
   PHP Version: 4.0.5-dev 

 I can't find Change Password link in IMP menu. I have following configuration 
 in imp/config/conf.php file. Have I done something wrong? Originally files 
 poppassd.php was poppasswd.php in imp/ directory but I changed it because files 
 in imp/templates/passwd referred poppassd.php file. Well it did'n help my 
 problem but I though you should know this. Or is this something which is still 
 under development and can be used in future?
