[imp] "failed to include" messages in preferences

Hmm.... looks like I forgot to create the tables that IMP uses - doh!
I only have the horde tables... woops.

I just updated the imp/scripts/db/prefs.sql schema to match the new
Horde schema.  That should alleviate some of the confusion, too.
