Log.php error

Apache, ssl, and php all seemed to install just fine.  I go to access
the pages and it says:
Warning: Failed opening 'Log.php' for inclusion (include_path='') in
/usr/local/apache/htdocs/horde/imp/login.php on line 50

I can hit horde just fine,  index comes up, but IMP returns the above
error.   Any ideas?
