Sorry, I got things backwards when I read your message. It's been a long day.

Okay - one thing to try is to do a view_source on the compose window and see if 
actionID is there (it should be a hidden form field) before submitting the 
form... if it's then not set when compose.php3 loads again, something might be 
screwy with php...
