[imp] new prefs db format

I can see the dat abeing put in to the table, butimp is not pulling the
data, I can see that it made it to the table through mysql, but if I go
back to options, peronal..the fields are all blank again

I'm a little unclear what you mean. You're saying that IMP is using the table 
for inserts, but not selecting from it?
