Let's start with the basics:  What version of Horde, IMP, Apache, PHP,
database, IMAP server, etc. are you using?  Are you sure you are using the
Horde-customized version of PHPLIB (horde/phplib directory in the
tarball)?  Does the horde/test.php3 page show any errors (red items)?
What does the test.php3 "phpinfo()" link say your include_path is, and
does it include the horde/phplib directory?
