upgrade 2.2.0 -> 2.2.4 information

I've recently come under control of a 2.2.0 IMP install.  the upgrade path
the 2.2.4, do you have to patch 2.2.1 -> x.2 -> x.3 -> x.4 or can you jump
from 2.2.0 to 2.2.4?
