Duplicate insert into active_sessions

Hi,

After I upgraded to SuSE 7.1, which upgraded mysql to 3.23.32,
apache to 1.3.17 & PHP to 4.0.4pl1, I have started getting this
error:

Database error (HordeDB): Invalid SQL: insert into active_sessions (
sid, name, val, changed ) values ('98ed6ac11213c9a491cef5c7298918ed',
'HordeSession',
'base64:JHRoaXMtPmluID0gJyc7ICR0aGlzLT5wdCA9IGFycmF5KCk7IA==',
'20010308130103')
Database error (HordeDB): Session: freeze() failed.

Looks like IMP/PHPLIB is trying to insert the row twice.
Take a look at http://webmail.nadmm.com/

I've got no clues at this point :)
