[imp] using SSMTP

If your IMP is in your mailserver, IMP call sendmail to sent the email 
but not through SMTP.
You can use sstmp instead of sendmail to sent all emails via SMTP to you 
local mailserver.

There is documentation for the issue on filtering email from domains, 
but I haven't
try it yet.
