Add attachment problem in IMP 2.3.7 cvs

Hi,

I have a problem when I compose message with attachment.
It doesn't work when I attached the file to the message.
When I sent the message, I only received the message without attachment.
Does any one could help me solve the problem?

Any problem, when I sent the message, the time zone is -0800,
how can I change it in the IMP?
