Date format problem when sending mail in IMP 2.3.7 cvs

Hi Chuck,

Is any way I can change the timezone when I sent mail? Because when I sent 
mail (without attachment since my problem still exists) the date will append 
-0800 in the Date header. But my location time is +0800.
I am very appreicate if you could help my solved all my problems.
