The only Horde-customized PHP RPM is 3.0.18 for Red Hat 6.2, and the SRPM
is here:

The only other PHP RPMs (php-4 for rh7) are the stock RPMs from Red Hat;
you can find SRPMS on any Red Hat mirror.
