Auto Logout Issue

Once I login I will be presented with my inbox.
Anything I do after that will send me back to a login
screen.

I have verified that everything is cool with: horde/test.php3
Per Session Data increases on the PHPLIB page when I reload.
I can connect to the database manually with the same settings
as those in phplib.

I am running:
apache-1.3.19
php-4.0.1p1
imp-2.2.4
horde-1.2.4
imap-2001.BETA.SNAP-0103272117
mysql-3.23.30-gamma

IMAP Server: courier-imap-0.99

Please offer assistance if you can.
