The problem of chinese folder created by outlook express?

  When I use M$ outlook express to connent my mail server accross IMAP4
protocal

, it will automatically create two mailbox  "Sent Items" and "Drafts" in
chinese. 

But the IMP cann't not decode it correctly . Anybody know how to decode that
or 

what method of encoding M$ use to encode the Chinese folders.
