2.3.7 and Viewing Messages

I am running 2.3.7-cvs and I noticed that when someone sends me e-mail via
hotmail.com now the body of the message is blank and it shows the message
they sent to me as an attachment cause it's in html form. Is there a way
to get IMP to show messages in HTML form without having to do the attachment
thing?
