[imp] IMP Deletes mail from inbox

IMP doesn't do any such thing. Reading mail with IMP will only cause that to
happen if you are:

1. Using a really nasty pop3 daemon. If so, get a better pop daemon, or
switch to IMAP.

2. Using UW-imap with the mbox driver, in which case mail is being moved to
$HOME/mbox. If this is the case, you need to read up on UW's more
interesting quirks.
