[imp] Horde/IMP and PHP version...

The problem was not with PHP, but with the RedHat RPM of PHP4.04.  So
building your own PHP from source would solve the problem, or you could
use the RPM of 4.03, which was OK.

I imagine that RedHat is likely to fix this in RedHat 7.1, but I'm just
guessing.  You can always "downgrade" your RPM of PHP to a known safe one
of the included one doesn't work, it's no big deal.
