[imp] folders: second level folders on the same level as INBOX

Set "namespace" attribute to "INBOX." (notice the period) within the driver
configuration...

Is it possible to have second level folders displayed at the same level
as INBOX?
I know they are actually living under  INBOX, but some users have
problem understanding that.
