I can do French Translation of v2.3

Hi guys,

Thanks for your soft, it is great.
I do not want to bug you, so I'll be quick.

For v2.3 :
I'm ready to translate IMP v2.3+ to french (this lang is not available in your 
demo site), just ask me for it if you want to !

In v2.2 :
Sometimes I receive MINE emails with not normal txt in it and only a mine 
attachement. I would be cool that when txt part is empty, MINE attachement is 
automatically opened. (you did corected this in v2.3 so it is cool)
