Yes I was ... FAQ says to translate look in /locale/ :
help text is in it and I'm gonna translate it in French because work yet done 
for French is about the rest of translation ...

But why all lang data is not stored in one big XML file ? It would be 
easier ... then install could use a parser to pick up selected langs and split 
them in small files usable by IMP ? This is no critisisum, just a theorical 
question from a newbie ...
