[imp] - Translation - French

Hi,

Sorry imp@lists.horde.org did not get fr.po last evening, the mail is about 43 
Ko and list maximum is 30 Ko. So I get an error but didn't know it when leaving 
office ...
I will mail it directly to people concerned.

Let's share the work for French translation :

There is the 'normal' file (fr.po) and the help file (locale/fr/).

Normal file is almost done by Sebastien Guilbaud (sguilbaud@oceanet-
technology.com), help file is not done yet, Alain Davreux is to do it 
(alain@davreux.com).

Atif Ghaffar (aghaffar@developer.ch) and Sam Przysma (samp@arial-concept.com) 
are interested. 

Sebastien and Sam are not available this week. Alain has a lot of work.

May Alain be the one working on fr.po this week ?
