problem running horde

[solo]

The problem occurs when i connect to my horde webmail:

http://zoot.dnsalias.net/horde/

First of all i do not get any links (except for 'FAQ' and 'IMP')
Secondly i dont get any login screen... it's just lightgrey without
anything.

If i push the 'IMP' link i get this:

+ i have a problem connecting to my database...

[solo@zoot /root]$ psql -h localhost
Connection to database 'solo' failed.
connectDB() --  unknown hostname: localhost

Any ideas?
