[imp] Reading IMAP mail off remote system fails using IMP 2.2.4

Thanks Chuck.. Sorry about sending this here first, I didn't think about
submitting the bug report to the PHP developers, call it a brain fart.
At the request of someone after I submitted the bug report, I have
installed the latest snapshot version of php.. 4.0.6-dev

With this install, I needed to start working with the development
version of horde and imp as well because of some other problems..  Now
that I have all of that configured, I receive more errors when starting
imp after logging in with my account.  Here's an example of what I get:
