You're free to change that however you like.  I believe it's
printed from templates/common-footer.inc.

I couldn't find anything different but my colors are all working again after I 
grabbed another pull from cvs for horde/imp/turba, and then just copied over 
prefs files.  If I do run across something I'll let everyone know...
