action: element drivers in the mimetypes.lib

If i wish to add a driver (corresopding to the Action: element in the 
mime.php3 file) for a custom defined mime-type, what coding or modifications 
needs to be made in the mimetypes.lib file, if any?

For example i want to view the *.zip files in-line or in a separate window.
