stupid question

1. which file to be edited in imp/horde 2.3.7-cvs in order to
   strip down the cookies host.
   ie. mail.horde.org to just horde org

2. on same version of imp/horde,
   is that any plan to implement frame like yahoo interface.
   such as 
$_prefs['nav_frame'] = array('value'=>'1')
 something like that
