[imp] IMAP referrals

If it's a standard IMAP feature (I admit this is a gap in my knowledge), then c-
client should handle it for us. Though it'd probably introduce a fair amount of 
overhead, since it'd have to happen on every request - I'd use user prefs to 
distribute logins instead, if you can.
