IMP and Quotas

HI,

I'm a new IMP user and got it installed on Debian using MySQL :) Works
great.. one heck of a nice FAST program :).. My question is:

I have approximatly 300 users going to be using this.  After a while these
users will be keeping fairly large amounts of mail.

Will IMP store the mail in the SQL database? or becuase it uses IMAP it
keeps it on the server?  What exactly does IMP store in the SQL db?

I noticed my active_sessions table has quite a bit of entries.
