Can you please give us a lot more information when you report problems?
The platform you're on, specific version of PHP, Apache, database, etc.?

Most importantly, more specifics than "I cannot" -- are you getting an
error message?  What exact steps are you trying?  Can you set preferences
or are those not working either?

Just note that 1.2.4/2.2.4 and 1.2.5/2.2.5 have security fixes; your site
may be vulnerable to those problems if you're using 1.2.3/2.2.3
