Apache 1.3.20 -- modssl problems.

Hi all -

I am checking here becuase I thought that someone might  have upgraded
recently.

I am trying to install a second instance of Apache so that when I implement
the Imp 2.2.5, I won't have any (much) down time.  This is from the
error_log in apache:
