You shouldn't mix and match; make the LDAP RPM be 3.0.18-6.2horde1 also.

You want the PHPLIB that comes with Horde/IMP (/home/httpd/horde-phplib)
so this one is unnecessary.  It might be causing you problems if your PHP
include_path is set to find that phplib-7.2-1 before the Horde/IMP one.
I would say remove it.

These look fine.  Now:

OK, so that means you're having a database (MySQL) problem.  (I am
assuming that contacts/preferences are the only thing you're having
trouble with?)  Check imp/config/defaults.php3 (db_user_name, db_password,
db_server_name, etc.) to make sure those settings all match what's in
horde-phplib/local.inc -- that's probably your problem.  Check your MySQL
server logs for errors.
