Problem when connecting to URL/horde

imap uw 4.7
apache 1.3.19 with openssl
imp 2.3.6
horde 1.3.3

penina.yossi.com/horde/imp works just fine

penina.yossi.com/horde gives me a File Download pop up box.

Looking for ideas why it the index.php in imp gets picked up ok, and why
the one in horde does not.

Looked through previous email and it may be related to PEAR or --with-xml
but am just not sure.
