[imp] Imp and turba

Less popups are fine with me too, but there is the obvious problem of not
having an easy way to get back to IMP after you are done mucking around with
your contacts. The IMP menu doesnt persist into Turba (nor should it).
Having turba be a popup is the easiest way to get around this. Almost every
mainstream mail client I can think of off the top of my head opens a new
window for the address book, so this sort of makes sense for most users
