[imp] How to remove "server" from login

In IMP 2.2.4, you make the following changes in
/var/www/html/horde/imp/config/defaults.php3 ( or wherever your
defaults.php3 file is ) -

/* Server list : user is presented with a list */
/* of available imap servers */
$default->use_server_list                = false;

And that does it.
