[imp] Logon-Failure-Problems

Jan,

I have the same problem here.  Do you use IMAP or POP3?  Which server OS?
Which mail server?

My system runs fine for successful logins but failed ones cause the problem
you describe.

sounds like your server does a segfault.
Are there any messages in your apache logs?
