[imp] How can I copy the "contact" list from one user to all???

Could you provide me with either a website that gives some
description/details or could you provide some How-To information on this
subject.

I'm pretty new to the SQL database implementation.

 That's a simple database problem. Use your favourite database
 client (or just plain SQL) to copy the contents of that user's
 tables to other users.
