[imp] options problem

OK..

If the sessioncounter doesn't increment then it's probably a problem with
your phplib.
Remember you must use the phplib that comes with horde read the instructions
on how to install that phplib and test it with test.php3  when the counter
starts to increment, the your imp will work. (at least it will not work
until the counter increments).
