problem with message.php3

Hello,

I use imp 2.2.6-cvs with apache on a Solaris 7 box and I have the next
problem:

When I select a message from message list I get the login screen (imp logs
me out). Does anyone have any idea about this?

It depends of the version you are using; for 2.3.X, you will find the following
comment in horde/config/horde.php.dist that would explain your problem:

// What preferences driver should we use? Valid values are 'none'
// (meaning use system defaults and don't save any user preferences),
// 'session' (preferences only persist during the login), 'ldap',
// and 'sql'.
$conf['prefs']['driver'] = 'none';
