I just can't get it. I couldn't find a thing to change in the turba 
configuracion.

I'm logged to IMP. I go to options -> addressbooks.
That sends me to this page:
https://bugs.unl.edu.ar/horde/login.php?url=%2Fhorde%2Fimp%2Fprefs.php

Why is it sending me to the login.php page?

This could have been confusing. Of course you may setup things in prefs.php, 
but if don't change anything here and the addressbooks don't work, you know 
have to look somewhere else than in imp. The settings here are rather useful 
and common.

That looks like you didn't authenticate for horde and turba.
Change horde/config/horde.php to use imp as the authentication driver. Look 
for "auth/login".
