does horde-1.3.4/imp-2.3.6 require phplib or something else I'm missing?

Hi,

I got horde-1.2.5. with imp-2.2.5 running fine.

I'm now trying to get horde-1.3.4 with imp-2.3.6 up, but am getting
errors like this on the screen when I try to view /horde/index.php

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: _() in /sites/xxxxxxxxx.misty.com/horde/login.php on line 53

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: _() in /sites/xxxxxxxxx.misty.com/horde/menu.php on line 59

test.php looks to me like it's working, and I have set up the paths at the
of horde/config/horde.php

Any suggestions?
