Add address button disappear in message view.

Hi Chuck,

I don't know why the "add address button" disappear which append after each 
email address in the message view.
Now I can't add address to turba when view a message.
It seems that the registry not work in horde.
Could you please let me know what is wrong in my config?

My config.
Horde: 1.3.5-cvs
IMP: 2.3.7-cvs
Turba: 0.0.2-cvs
