[imp] Backslash in Signature doubled

Did that. All magic_quotes are off.

The IMP 2.2 demo site at https://demo.horde.org/stable/horde/imp/
shows the same behaviour (use a \ in preferences->signature and then
save-preferences, the \ will be doubled.
