I put my 2 cents worth in.

I would just keep the subject line the way it is and have the content come 
right after it (ie move the "Part(s):" to the bottom or somewhere 
else).  To emphasize the subject the background of that line could be in a 
different color or maybe a slightly larger font.

I don't find it a good idea to have the subject appear at multiple places 
on the screen (ie where it currently is and in the "INBOX: x of y" line).
