About Simplified Chinese Version

One of the previous post was asking for simplified Chinese version of
imp. I didn't see any replies, neither can I see any information on
horde.org website. Does this means that there is no simplified version
of imp?

If so, I'd like to devote some time to translate imp, especially when
the traditional Chinese version is already done, which make the task
much easier.

But, since I am not very familiar with the development of imp and horde,
would anyone give me some guide lines about where can I get started and
what should I do?
