imp question

i'm using
freebsd4.3,php-4.0.6,apache-1.3.20,mysql-3.23.39,imp-2.3.6,horde-1.3.4.

when i type http://mydomain.com/imp on my browser, there is an error
message:

Warning: Constant no_action already defined in
/usr/local/src/horde/imp/lib/IMP.php on line 10

Warning: Constant update_prefs already defined in
/usr/local/src/horde/imp/lib/IMP.php on line 28

Fatal error: Undefined class name 'lang' in
/usr/local/src/horde/imp/lib/base.php on line 38

can somebody help me with this problem ?

tanks, but id dont have resolve my problem i have insertet in config/prefs.php
the lines:
sortby, 0, 1
sortdir, 0,1
but it does not work
i have changed in horde/lib/horde.lib the default parameter of sortby and
sortdir, but it does not work.
what is wrong
somone can say me where i can found  a description or a example
